  • Sales ops is an engineering problem. You wouldn't run a factory without sensors. You shouldn't run a sales floor without them either.
  • Structured beats anecdote. Scores, counts, classifications — not "it felt like a good call".
  • Configuration, not commitment. Vendor lock-in is a bug. Your ASR, LLM and CRM should be swappable.
  • Finance-friendly by default. Every analysis has a price tag. Every project has a cap. No overruns.
The story

The story

AICA started when the team was running sales ops for a Bitrix24 integrator and realised the same mistakes repeated across every client: 90% of calls unreviewed, managers coaching on anecdote, QA spreadsheets nobody read.

We built the internal tool that eventually became AICA. It shipped first for Bitrix24 because that's where the work was, and it spread from there.

Today AICA is a compact team based in Kyiv, with a growing network of integration partners across CEE and LATAM. We ship every week, talk to customers every day, and keep the roadmap public.
