What telephony systems are compatible?

Any telephony that exposes call recordings — Binotel, Ringostat, UniTalk, Mango Office, Zadarma, Streamtelecom and others. No migration required.

How accurate is the transcription?

90–98% depending on audio quality. 50+ languages including English, Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish. ASR provider is selectable per project.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Encrypted, isolated, never shared with third parties. PII automatically masked. Six permission roles. EU-hosted. GDPR-ready, DPA on request.
